Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful, loving, hard working Dad's out there.

Collection From yummyflashy.blogspot.com
So for father's day my hubby requested his favorite sweet treat...Madelines. The older boys and I went to work.

Ingredients:

1 c. flour
1 tea. baking powder
1/4 tea. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
1/2 tea. vanilla extract
1/4 tea. almond extract
Step 1
Sift the flour and baking powder together
Step 2
Cream the eggs, sugar, vanilla, almond, and salt together until light and fluffy. You should be able to swirl an 8 in the batter.
Step 3
melt your butter and then gently fold in the flour mixture and butter to your creamed mixure, alternating a little flour, then butter, then flour, and then butter again.
Step 4
you want to let you batter set in the freezer for about 15 min. (don't know why but the hubby says it's important)
Step 5
Butter and fill your madeline molds, we use a teaspoon to scoop the desired amount.

Bake at 350 for 11 minutes. Enjoy!!!
